Good to Know: Booking, Arrival & Cancellation
- Booking & Deposit: The contract becomes binding upon our written confirmation. A deposit is required within 7 days and will be credited toward the total price.
- Arrival & Departure: Check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, Check-out by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price- Liability & Damages: We are liable for guests’ personal belongings within the scope of legal regulations. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement and for a fee (not permitted in common areas or the wellness area).
- Jurisdiction & Governing Law: Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the accommodation provider.
